Oral Presentations
Please note: the UCR Student HUB may NOT Mac/iOS friendly. The presentation technology and tech support in the facility is Windows-based. So if you are using Mac/iOS laptops in your presentation, you will need to provide your own adapter to work with the available technology.
Usually four individual presentations are scheduled for the same session in the same room. A moderator will keep track of your time and field questions for the presenters. The rooms are relatively small and the audience between 10-30 people. Basic digital media is available for PowerPoint-assisted presentations.

Individual Oral 12-minute presentation followed by 5 minutes of discussion

Group Oral 12-minute presentation by two or more presenters, followed by 5 minutes of discussion

Group Oral 20-minute presentation by two or more presenters, followed by 5-10 minutes of discussion
