This partnership, between HTCC and the Helen Louise Hawk Honors Program (HLHHP),
does not influence CSU Bakersfield (CSUB) admission decisions.  
This partnership comes into effect only once a student is accepted by CSUB.
Students must complete applications for both CSUB and HLHHP.
